this is an encore feature worth a second read. Nikko, eight-year-old
son of our Managing Editor, was about halfway towards meeting his goal
of collecting 100 scarves for The Red Scarf Project '08 when the project was
scaled back, accepting a maximum of 5 scarves. You can
still send your scarf directly to the
Orphan Foundation of
America. Just mention that Nikko sent you. You'll have to get
busy to meet the October 15th deadline, but you can do it.
