Instructions (cont'd):

Flower insert (see tutorial if help is needed):
Using crochet hook and “Pink”, join yarn to ring with slip stitch. Single crochet around flower until it is completely covered. Join to first single crochet with slip stitch. Cut yarn.

Purse Assembly:
Weave in ends.

Whip stitch flower to square opening using “Orchid Thistle” and tapestry needle, attaching at each petal.

Cut out a 7” square of plastic canvas.

Cut out a 6” square of fabric.

Sew fabric to one side of plastic canvas using needle and thread.

Insert fabric covered canvas behind the square opening of purse, with fabric side facing the outside.

Whip stitch canvas to inside of purse.

Line the purse with fabric.

Sew the handles to the top of the purse.
